Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo dodge a flurry of glowing blade attacks during rooftop combat.

TMNT Splintered Fate Launches on Xbox with Free DLC for a Limited Time

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Splintered Fate has officially launched on Xbox, and there’s a bonus in store for early adopters. As part of a limited-time Launch Bundle, Xbox players can claim the Casey Jones and The Junkyard Jam DLC completely free until July 8. It’s the full game plus the DLC for the price of just the base game—and once you’ve got it, it’s yours to keep.

A roguelike twist for the Turtles

Originally released on other platforms to strong reviews, Splintered Fate brings roguelike dungeon-crawling to the TMNT universe. You’ll play as Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael or Michelangelo as they hack and slash their way through reality-bending portals to track down Master Splinter. Each run offers new powers and artifacts, letting you experiment with different builds and playstyles as you fight your way through hordes of Foot Clan goons, twisted monsters and mutant bosses.

This new Xbox version includes visual improvements, refined audio and upgraded co-op play. Whether you’re jumping in solo or teaming up in online multiplayer, the action is fast, chaotic and satisfying.

Casey Jones joins the fight

The bonus content included in the Launch Bundle adds a whole new zone to explore, The Junkyard, and lets you take control of fan-favorite vigilante Casey Jones. He brings his own brutal playstyle to the table, complete with hard-hitting melee attacks and a fresh set of abilities. You’ll face new enemies, tougher bosses and discover additional artifacts as you tear through the DLC content alongside the turtles.

Even better, the DLC is free if you grab the bundle before July 8. After that, it’ll be sold separately, so this is a good time to jump in.

Physical editions also available

If you’re the kind of player who likes to collect, physical Deluxe and Collector’s Editions of TMNT Splintered Fate are also up for preorder at major retailers. These include additional extras and boxed goodies for fans looking to go all-in.
